Why did you choose to intern at YAB?
Given that I participated in the program for so long, I have always felt a connection to YAB. Youth About Business has given me opportunities to explore the world of finance at an early age, and I have not looked back since! I just wanted to become apart of executing something and helping other kids learn about the industry as well.

How has your perspective of YAB changed now that you have graduated out of the program?
When I was in the program I looked at YAB as a learning opportunity and a chance to meet other students from around the country who had similar interests.

Now, I find that YAB has been a key resource for me in a lot of ways. I look at it more from its message to give back to the community.

What do you do as an intern at YAB?
As an intern for YAB, I help execute the summer business camp in terms of travel and keeping track of the students in the program.

What is your favorite part of interning at YAB?
My favorite part about interning for YAB is getting to work with all of the kids and seeing their knowledge about business grow throughout the week.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I see myself doing a job that I love!

What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I played in a tennis match against Malia Obama in high school.

What is your favorite hobby?
One of my favorite hobbies at school is being apart of a fashion organization that gives back to the community. I get to creatively put together a fashion show, be apart of it and connect with friends as well!
